Ode to Hostess


This is what happens when Unions extort a company to the breaking point. Now, your Union is meaningless because it no longer has anything to unionize against. And you’ve killed a major American institution to boot. In the coming months and years, I expect to see more huge American brands to fall for this reason.

    I guess Twinkies weren’t too big to fail. Or just didn’t have adequate lobbyists. It’s getting to the point that any big company that doesn’t have enough politicals in its pocket can’t survive out here.
